Hello – I tired to submit a ticket on your website but I am unable to login or create an account.
    https://support.theeventscalendar.com/submit_ticket

We have a large multi-site instance of WordPress and we are using the PRO version of The Events Calendar. We are a large company and as such the person/persons who setup and installed this plugin in our instance is no longer with the company. We are in the process of planning a needed PHP upgrade from 5.6 to 7.2 and therefore we are updating and auditing our plugins, themes, users, and sites. To get this instance down to a more manageable size and clean things up a bit.

When I login to the wp-admin panel I see the following message – When running version 4.7.3 of The Events Calendar alongside Events Calendar PRO, Events Calendar PRO must be version 4.5-dev or greater. Please manually update now.

However, I am unable to download the update to manually apply it as the person who originally setup the login is now gone. Is there any way to recover our account details? I just need the update package so that I can proceed with the manual update.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks!

    Hi @dzarelli ,

    Thx for reaching out!
You can find a big blue button at the bottom of our support page. You can send us a message there and we’ll help you sort out your license. Please share with us the domain name where you are using the plugins, or any data that can help us find your account, like email address used to register or the license key of the plugin.

    Cheers,
