Lost password

-forgot password and wordpress will not send me retrieved password from activation form
-unable to sign up for new website because email already in system, asking me to login
-registration for new website won’t allow me to ‘map’ existing website that i would like to move over to wordpress
-wordpress did take my credit card info for new business trial, but didn’t complete registration…..
-had to register separately with different username just to post this question on how login with original email… I-yi-yia!
-not clear how to get support with wordpress???
-wasted about 2 hours of my time to get to this point so far
-please somebody, HELP ME!
