    I have a WordPress.com site
    My username is kastan88. Unfortunately, I have forgotten my password.
    And the email address, I used to open this page in 2011, no longer works because the service provider has gone out of business.
    How do I access my user account?

    Hi @kastan88,

    Generally, it is possible to change the WoredPress.org website password directly in the database through phpMyAdmin, and along the way, you’ll find what the email address is saved as too. However, since your website is on WordPress.com and not www.ads-software.com, you should ask them for further technical assistance in figuring out this issue.
