Lost password broken

Hi,

When we use this plugin the lost password link stop working, it always say that the code expired or already used. We tried this in a WP multisite with twentytwentyone theme and without other plugins installed.
Do you know what could be happening? I can create a user with your email in order to test it in our environment.
