Hi, it looks like the login page isn’t set in the settings for the Front End Login module or it’s set to your homepage. Can you make sure you have a login page with our ui shortcode for login, that it’s selected in the Front End Login module settings and that the page is excluded from any caching? Once that’s done, let us know if you’re still having the issue.

Everything is set correctly. If you want then I can provide you the website back-end login details. Please confirm. And also take it urgent basis please.

If you have our Pro plugin, definitely log a ticket on our website with access info and we can take a look for you.

I’m afraid we aren’t able to provide on-site support for the free plugin. I might suggest trying a different page for the ui shortcode then (maybe you’re trying to use something that’s an endpoint for another plugin and it’s conflicting?) and change the page setting accordingly in the Front End Login module.

Okay we are creating the ticket on the plugin website. Thanks for helping us.

But there is a problem i didn’t use pro version. So, can you please help me out?

I’m afraid we aren’t able to provide site-specific support, as in actually logging into your website and checking things, with the free version. For us there’s a liability concern, plus there are 10k+ users of this plugin and we unfortunately don’t have the resources to provide that level of support. There is no known global issue and wouldn’t be on the plugin side; this issue is specific to your environment.

What were the results when you tried the steps I mentioned above?
