Lost password email not working.

    Hey,
    I need assistence in wps hide plugin. We have multiple websites and we are facing same error on all website.

    We changed the admin url with wps hide plugin. When user logout and click on lost password in case they forget. They enter email and when they click the URL of changing password which they got in their email.
    The URL return them on entering again the email for getting the URL and it’s stay in loop user provides the email but again the URL redirect them on same screen.

    Please assist as soon as possible we are facing in a lot of website thanks.

    so I faced the same issue recently and to solve it I excluded the page from server side caching. just ask you hosting provider to exclude your
    /[new-login-page].

    Can confirm it’s the issue that @manavmehta57 flagged. For example, on WP Engine you do have to chat with their support to get this excluded from their server-side caching. I also did add this path to exclusions in our caching plugin as well (WP Rocket).
