Check in the list of pages. Do you have a page called “My Account” or your preference, and does it contain this shortcode exactly:
[woocommerce_my_account]

Next, at WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts tab, check that the My Account drop down points to the page set as above.

You’ve tried resetting permalinks, but some users say it needs two “Save changes” clicks to be effective.

Try renaming .htaccess, then “Save changes” in permalinks again to make a fresh one.

Some members with links not found issues have been able to resolve it by going to phpMyAdmin, wp database, postmeta table and deleting relevant _wp_old_slug entries.
