    Hi Jack,

    Re: Password recovery notification, I tried the latest version (1.3.4) but the password recovery notification function is still not working.

    I cannot see anything relating to this function being fixed in the changelog.

    Welcome email is working fine.

    Hi jjnetwork,
    I’ve tested in the latest version and it’s working fine for me.
    Can you post some screenshots for me? Can you provide:

    • Two of the WYSIWYG editor when editing the notification – one from the ‘Visual’ tab and one from the ‘Text’ tab.
    • One of the email that you receive for the notification

    Once I can see these I should be able to narrow down what might be causing the issue.

    Hi Jack,

    Thanks for the update. I just tried the version 1.3.5, unfortunately it still hasn’t fixed my issue. I’m receiving a standard WP default password reset email. Not exactly sure what the problem is.

    Welcome email notification is working absolutely fine.

    Are you able to provide me a login to a site with no other plugins enabled except for BNFW and the Twenty Fifteen theme installed that you’ve tested this on and can confirm that it’s still an issue?

    Thanks for your great help. Unfortunately, I cannot share the login details at this stage. Is there anyway that you can troubleshoot this without providing the login detail?

    I have tested the other notifications, all seems to work fine. Recovery password is the exception.

    I’d love to however, at this stage, I would really need to see the site in question in order to troubleshoot fully.

    Short of the above steps for diagnosing the problem and trying to re-create it in my own environment, there’s only so much I can do without seeing the site in question.

    Thanks for your help. I have managed to resolve the issue myself. It was conflicting with the Clean-login plugin.
