    Hi, Rachael!

    Thank you so much for sending your website link to us. Upon checking your site, I have discovered that you were using WooCommerce lost password page.

    To fix this issue, go to your WP-Admin. Go to your pages and find your ‘my-accounts’ page which is related to Woocommerce. Get the ID of that page and add it inside Settings > Subway under ‘Public Posts IDs’.

    We are already notified about this issue and looking forward to automating this process in the future.
