Lost password, no reset email received.

My mother had her account setup by someone else several years ago, she has since lost the password and needs to get back into her account. I have tried (remotely) several times to reset her password and we never get an email.

We cannot login for any reason so most of the things suggested even the emergency password reset will not work. Sadly, even her hosting info is unknown so I do not have root access to her site.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
