Lost Password page

When I click on the Lost password link it takes me to the ../login-form/lost-password/ page where you enter the username or email to reset password. After email is entered, I get email with the “Click here” link. When I click on link it takes me right back to the same page I have to enter my Username or Email to get the link to the Reset Password form. Although the URL reads ../login-form/forgot-password/?show-reset-form=true.
I changed the tag on the endpoint from “lost-password” to “forgot-password” and re-saved permalinks. Also deactivated LearnDash, which has its own user login interface, thinking there might be a conflict. Still takes me back to the same page to enter Username or Email not a form where I can enter a new password.

Did the above items .. still not working. Although I did install the User Registration plugin on a new site I started and when I get the email and select the “Click here” link, it does take make to the WordPress Reset Password page.

The domain of my site (where its not working) is not even in the link path. Don’t know how that link path is getting generated. Seems that this is where the problem is.
