    Hi!
Going further in setting up my Woocommerce site. For this test, Maintenance was “OFF”.
Acting like a client asking for a password reset, the standard lost-password WordPress page was displayed instead of the Woocommerce lost-password page.
I made the same test with the Maintenance deactivated and it was the Woocommerce page which was displayed.
It would be great if you could provide any tip to keep the plugin active, setting on “OFF”, but displaying the Woocommerce lost-password page.
    Thanks a lot!
PS: sorry if this topic was already submit… didn’t find it.

  • @francois75 I’m going to investigate.

Can you describe the exact same steps that You have done? Maybe a screen recorder?

    Thanks for your reply.

    1. Maintenance plugin “OFF” and plugin active
    2. Connect in Woocommerce with email address
    3. Click on “lost password”
    4. Standard WordPress lost password is displayed.

    5. Maintenance plugin “OFF” and plugin deactivated
    6. Connect in Woocommerce with email address
    7. Click on “lost password”
    8. Woocommerce lost password is displayed.

Anyway, the workaround (plugin not active) is OK. So, nothing urgent ??

@francois75 thanks for the feedback and steps. Our team was already able to reproduce and it’s trying to fix it. It will be delivered as soon as possible.

If you have a minute, and haven’t done so, please leave a review. It’s what keeps support going. Thank you ???https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/maintenance/reviews/#new-post

Sound great! Thanks a lot for your reactivity in solving the issue.
    I gave you a 5 stars review 2 weeks ago… the 6th star is not available ??
    Thank you!
