Lost password reset link error

Received email after trying to reset password while captcha is on results in:
https://www.mysite.com/my-account/lost-password/?key%5Berrors%5D%5Bempty_captcha%5D%5B0%5D&&id=110Without a captcha it works.
I just turned off the captcha in the lost password page so that it will work.
This has been happening to a lot of other websites too.
Please fix.
