    Hi,
    When out users have lost their password the email they receive is being seen as spam due to the email address used by us.

    I can’t find out where to change out email address for the lost password form. Can you tell me here it is please?

    You can change the default from address (and name) for all emails coming from LifterLMS under LifterLMS -> Settings -> Engagements under “Email Settings”

    Update the “Sender Name” and “Sender Email” settings!

    Hi Thomas and thaks for the reply.
    We have the name and Sender email set already to what we want on the page you state above but the lost-passowrd page form is not using that email address.

    The email address being used starts wordpress@

    On my local tests I’m not seeing this behavior…

    What you’re seeing sounds to me like emails generated by the WordPress core, not by the lost password page / functionality created by LifterLMS.

    Can you send me a link to your lost password page so I can check that out a bit closer?
