Lost Password to Local WordPress

I lost the password to login admin panel for my WordPress blog, which I installed locally in my computer. How do I retrieve/reset it? The Lost Password form gives me this error:

The e-mail could not be sent.
Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function…
