Lost Post SMTP Setting since updated.

    First off I must say that I love this plugin. Works well and it’s a must have for me. But since the latest update, the settings has disappeared. I can no longer view or change settings within Post SMTP nor send a test email. Is this normal for the new update?
    The emails are still being received, just concerned that there are no more settings options.

    WP Version: 5.2
    POST SMTP Version: 2.0.1

    Thanks for the speedy response. I just tried deactivating and reactivated the plugin but still no setting options. I’ll try a few more things. I hope that I don’t have to delete the plugin and reinstall as I’m worried about losing the email logs. But if that what I must do then I will.

    Are you the admin?

    What was your latest version before the update?

    You will lose the email logs.

    Yes I am the admin. I was up to date just before the 2.0 release. I keep WP and all plugin up to date as I check for updates almost everyday. Would clearing any cache help? Deactivate plugin, clear cache then reactivate.

    Turns out that my ad-blocker is what caused the setting page not to display. The ad-blocker is blocking the new Twitter Ad that was added on the new Post SMTP 2.0 update. That ad must be attached to the entire setting page.
