Lost sales due to plugin error

I have been using this plugin for over a year. I have lost so many orders due to the shipping not showing on customers orders. Customers email and say the shipping doesn’t allow their order to process. I have used my own address and it shows error check the address is correct. disappointed we have so many Cart abandoned sales.
