Lost sent newsletter

    Hi,

    For a client we transfered a website to a new hosting provider and added a SSL-certificat. Unfortunately all sent newsletters seems to have gone missing. Subscribers are still visible. Client is on MailPoet 2.11

    We did make backups before transfering the site. Any way of importing the already sent newsletters?

    Hi @margrietburorader,

    We’re sorry to hear that.

    If you have the backup and the MailPoet tables for the newsletters were successfully saved on this backup, you should be able to re-import it and see the newsletters.

    Unless something went wrong during the migration or the backup file is corrupted or haven’t copied all our tables.
