Lost shares after post update

  • Great plugin! I recommend it to everyone who needs many options. One problem though. I have realized that when I update an old post the shares are lost (changed the url too). That’s why 4 stars. There is no option for 4,8. Is there anything I can do?

    Thanks for the review. As the shares are tracked on the basis of url, any change in the url will cause the shares to reset. If there is any specific pattern of change in the urls, we can help you get the shares back. You just need to drop an email at support[at]heateor[dot]com regarding this.
