Lost sidebars after installing a plugin

    In the last week or so, I installed the C4F Texterea plugin. It worked fine for awhile and then messed up. I deactivated it and then deleted it from the server. Reinstalled. Was working fine but the smilies were not. I went to the option panel to choose not to display the smilies and then added another plugin called Speedy-Smilies and as soon as I activated this 2nd plugin, I went to view my blog page and found the sidebars missing and the front page distorted. I must have x’d out of my blog because of frustration and now I can’t get back into my control panel to deactivate and delete this 2nd plugin.

    Anyone know how to fix this mess I’ve created? LOL Please, anyone? ??
