Lost SKU, cost price and quantity

After syncing with my izettle account, 90-95% of the products on the website have lost the SKU’s, cost price and stock quantity previously entered.
The parameters were all requested during manual import.
I am unsure how to correct the issue as it also appears that 5-10% of the products have retained some detail. This presents a real problem to move onto the pro version as things stand.
Could any one help?
