Lost slider

I hope I’m in the right forum.

I correctly installed Carousel and it was working perfectly. I have two websites and have Carousel slider on both. On one of my sites both of my slider galleries have disappeared.

I watched the video instructions, deactivated and reactivated Carousel. Cleared the cache on my browser, went to settings>media and made sure tiled mosaic was right, set Carousel setting correctly and still I have no slider.

It just vanished. How do I get it back? I have two Carousel pages and neither are working. As I said, the second website has Carousel and it is working.
