I’ve lost my statistics for several years after migrating my server. Contacted support and no answer or way to identify and re-connect to my previous id.

That’s an easy fix for us. ??

What’s the URL of the site with the problem?

I also lost 12 years of statistics, in the process of cleaning a 19000 list of false subscribers.

The list had been cleaned but my stats also ! Can I have my stats back whitout my false subscribers ?

Had a ticket# : #2649847, but no response to posting in the thread.

    Thanks a lot.

I see you’ve replied to your ticket each day.

We understand the frustration and urgency, but please understand that we answer tickets in the order received, and that our system sorts that order by the date of the last reply, so each time you reply to your own ticket it basically goes back to the end of the link.

We might need some details that shouldn’t be shared on the public forums, so please hang in there (and don’t reply until you hear back from us) and we’ll reply to that email as soon as possible.

“we answer tickets in the order received, and that our system sorts that order by the date of the last reply, so each time you reply to your own ticket it basically goes back to the end of the link.”

    I thought I was replying in a thread (the ticket #) !

In fact the thread, ticket# have been mistakenly closed, after a small part of the problem was corrected, but not the principal. I had to reply, to ask again, so the original problem would be finally treated.

But treating it has wiped out 12 years of stats on my blog… but I cannot say anything, you say, because my ticket goes back the line ? At that time, it was not clear at all that somebody was aware of the consequence of the clearing of the 19000 false subscribers. So, I think I had no choice but to point to this consequence.

    Anyway, thanks for the info…
