    Hi there!

    I have sent 3 support emails in over last couple of weeks.

    I can’t seem to find any emails linked to that site, but it could be because you’re managing that site for somebody else, and consequently wrote from a different email address. Either way, if you haven’t heard back from us after a few weeks, it means that our reply went straight to your spam folder. Could you check there?

    We’ve lost all the stats in particular the ‘likes on facebook’ which are really important.

    Looking at your Site stats, everything seems to be working properly at the moment. One of my colleagues most likely already fixed the issue.

    We don’t have control over your Facebook Likes, though. This information is stored by Facebook, and associated to post URLs. If you recently switched to a new domain, or changed your permalink structure, your post URLs are new and Facebook will indeed start counting Likes and Shares from 0.
