Lost stats After deactivating Jetpack

    btw, the link of the site used to be: arwa.cc/1/ when I first signed up,
    then I changed it to: arwa.cc
    I’m not sure if that is part of the problem ..

    That was indeed the issue.

    I fixed the problem, and you should be able to get your Stats and Subscribers back by going to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, and disconnecting / reconnecting to WordPress.com.
