  • I am having the same problem. I re-installed wordpress on my server a few weeks ago and now after re-activating wordpress I lost all my stats. Please let me know if you get this resolved! I think it has something to do with a new website ID or something.
    Thanks

Hi Will, Sorry you’re having the same problem! I think it’s a problem with jetpack if you change domains or reactivate it. I had an email from Jeremy Herve asking me to set up this thread yesterday but no contact since. I’m hoping for a positive response today, if I get it resolved I’ll let you know.

Your old stats were associated with your old domain, https://www.stylemummy.com. I have made some changes to your Jetpack settings, and you should be able to get your Stats and Subscribers back by going to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, and disconnecting / reconnecting to WordPress.com.
