  • @shaunwong0311 If you have any issues with the Sticky Anything plugin, please create a new thread for support (though, I don’t see the plugin activated on your site).

@kcmuppet I did a bunch of testing and I believe it’s because you are still using the experimental version of the plugin. I’m afraid that this one is indeed not compatible with the way your theme handles submenus. I can’t really remember why you used the experimental one exactly, but can you try using the public version again? That should give you the submenus back….I hope!

Please let me know if that helps, and if it breaks other things.

    Hi
(I was using the experimental version in case there was trouble with Revolution slider, etc.) To install the stable version over the experimental, is it just a case of deleting the plugin and reinstalling it from within wordpress?

Yup, that should do it. Don’t forget to set the Z-index to 3 or higher in the settings.

I don’t think the release version should give you problems with the Revolution slider, but it MAY cause issues with the smooth scroll plugin!

The regular version is now installed and everything seems to be working. Thank you, again.

Yeah, this is the problem with having an experimental version.

Some themes work with one version, other themes work with another. I’m just trying to find a way to combine both versions in one plugin and give the user the option to choose, but it’s more a case of how to name both modes so that the user knows which mode to choose.

I hope I can get it sorted soon.

I’m having this same issue using version 1.2.

    Here is my website https://securitygem.com/

    Any ideas? Thanks

@jmt007 – from what I understand, your issue is that the blue menu sticks at the top when your screen is smaller than 960px (this is when the slide-in menu should appear, I think).

Have you tried setting the “Do not stick element when screen smaller than” setting to “960”?

Well, that seemed to work at first, but now it’s not working again.

What’s the problem exactly? From what I understand, the blue menu should be sticky on scroll, but it should not be visible at all under 960 pixel screens. That’s also the behavior it’s doing right now so I’m not sure what’s wrong really.

The problem is when you scroll the drop-down sub-menus do not work.

What happens if you UNcheck the “Dynamic Mode” setting?

I’m not sure if it will work — the theme uses a specific way of showing the dropdown menus, hopefully it helps but if it doesn’t, I’ll have to look into it a little more.

    Excellent. That fixed it. Thanks

I am using “Pluto by Osetin” theme but in this theme i am unable to see sub sub menu for example

    Menu1
    Menu2
    Menu3

I am unable to see Menu3, i can see Menu1 and Menu2 here Menu1 is Page, Menu2 and Menu3 are product Category and Menu3 is child of Menu2 category.

Please guide me to see Sub Sub Menu (Menu3).

@mj4328 Please create a new thread for your issue, and if possible, add a link to your site.
