Lost Subscriber Info when Started Staging Site

I setup a staging site on wp engine but was unaware to put jetpack in Safe Mode. As a result the subscriber data from the live site moved to the staging site as jetpack thought that the staging url is the live url. When I log into wordpress.com I don’t see any of the user data there. Is there a way of getting it back? I’m not on a paid plan.
