I subscribed to my own blog again today because I noticed I have not received my own blog since mid-September. I know I deactivated Jetpack plugin to do some updates. Does that cause loss of subscriptions? How do I get my subscribers back? Also I had a customized email which is gone. Could you please check it out. My site is faithreboot.com. Thank you!

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Your site previously used a different site URL, 69.195.124.102/~faithreb/. Your subscribers were associated to that URL, and when you disconnected Jetpack and reconnected it to your WordPress.com, you created a new set of subscribers for your new URL, faithreboot.com.

I have now moved the subscribers to the new site. Could you go the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click on “Disconnect from WordPress.com”? Once you’ve done so you’ll be able to reconnect to WordPress.com by clicking on the connect button at the top of the page. That will complete the process and you’ll get all your subscribers back.
