Lost Subscribers

I disconnected my site while I was working on an upgrade. I reconnected it and my subscribers aren’t showing up in the dashboard. The site above and a staging site: 4ve.941.myftpupload.com are the two it was most recently successfully connected to. I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting but Rollinsford.nh.us does not appear as an option in the list of sites.
