Lost Subscribers after Disconnecting and Reconnecting Jetpack

I recently disconnected and reconnected Jetpack to fix the WP shortlinks that are embedded in the email notifying people of new posts. The WP shortlinks were sending people to my staging site and not my live site. In the process of disconnecting and reconnecting Jetpack I lost all of my subscribers which were quite a few. Can someone help me get them back.
