Lost Suscribers after Disconnecting Jetpack

  • I recently disconnected and reconnected Jetpack to fix an issue I was having with WP shortlinks. In the process of disconnecting and reconnecting Jetpack I lost all of my subscribers which were quite a few. How do I get them back?
