• After activating this plugin, our payment processor through Stripe completely broke.

We had no idea for days that we were unable to accept orders.

Will never activate this plugin again.

Total loss of thousands of dollars.

    Hey @aumjosh,

I did a number of tests with Stripe and WooCommerce Shipping (version 1.1.4) but Stripe worked as expected, as seen in this example.

We would like to investigate this further. Can you provide us with more information about the Stripe integration that you’re using on your site? You can either share that info here or create a ticket on WooCommerce.com, if you’d prefer that method.

    Thanks.

    Thanks for your reply.

I am also looking more into this… I just updated the plugin to 1.1.4 and the problem appears to have gone away. Still I switched back to Shipping & Tax until I have more time to test.

Stripe is processed through Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce

Previous version of the WooCommerce Shipping also caused conflicts with Zapier, causing complete crash of the integration, conflicts with webhooks. We were unable to process payments via backend with Stripe… was given unknown errors, didn’t realize it was the Shipping Plugin until next day.

    Hi @aumjosh,

I’m glad to hear that the issue appears to have resolved after updating the plugin to version 1.1.4. I would recommend continuing using the updated version, as we’ve not received any reports with issues related to that update.

As for the issue with processing payments via backend with Stripe, the error you experienced might have been due to a conflict with the Shipping Plugin. If you encounter any similar issues in the future, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re happy to help.
