Lost translated tabs in WPML after the original language product is updated

    Hi,
    In my site, I use WPML to translate products. It looks the tab plugin working well with WPML. I translated all the tabs I created with ‘Custom Product Tabs for WooCommerce’ plugin.

    But when I do any update to a product in its original language , the translated content for tabs are lost. I have to translate all the tabs again. This means every time I update the original language, I lost translation for all tabs under this product.

    Is it a known bug, or I missing anything in the setting parts?

    an updating for this:

    After I make an update for a product on its original language(in Chinese), I turn to the woocommerce product translation page(in English). In the tab fields the original language(Chinese) are there instead of the English translation I wrote before. This what I mean I always lost the translation, the translation can be saved, but it always get lost after I save the original language…

    I’m sorry, but I can’t really provide any answers about how WPML stores and updates the translations. You may want to reach out to their support team.
