Lost user name and email address

do you have access to the webhosting connected to the WordPress powered website? if yes, then you can get access. who is your webhost?

GoDaddy

you can access the database if you go to the GoDaddy cpanel.
look for PHPMYADMIN area. (ask GoDaddy if you need help finding this in your account)

if you can get into your database and look in the users table—this will give you some information about who has access.
