Lost Username and Not Receiving Emails

I can’t remember my username for the forums or for any part of WP.org. My fault — I am an idiot! — so I am logged in as one of my clients right now. I tried to re-register and form said email already being used and WP will send password to that email, which I figured would come with my username, but nothing came to my email.

I re-registered with different email that goes through my website, and, of course, as a new user, it said it would send my password. Again, nothing. Just wondered how to contact WP forum administrator. If I post something using my clients login, then responses naturally go to her email, so I am just going to keep any posts open and refresh, hoping to see a response.
