    Hi,

    I used the following instructions to relocate my WordPress website from
    odedbenami.com/wordpress to odedbenami.com

    https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory
    ( Using a pre-existing subdirectory install )

    Now I can only see my home page at odedbenami.com

    All other links generate the following error message:

    <quote>
    Internal Server Error

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
    <end quote>

    Please help.

    Ah you drag and dropped it. That is not always copy, that can also be moving a file like happened now. Best right click something and select copy, paste, cut, etc.

    The .htaccess will also inherits its rules to a underlying folder like /wordpress so unless you want other rules for /wordpress then you do not need another .htaccess in that folder.

    You to happy Holidays!

    Glad you figured it out! Happy Holidays!
