Lost www.ads-software.com account’s email

Hello!

In my organization, we are trying to access the @hubspotdev account on www.ads-software.com. It appears in the contributors of our plugin (leadin) and the profile contains outdated information.

Unfortunately, it seems that the person that created the account has left the company and we can’t figure out what email they used.

Is it possible to change the account’s email, know what email it’s linked to or delete the account at all?
