Have you used any reCaptcha plugin for your WooCommerce user registration form? If not, you can use the below plugin to prevent bot or fake user registration in your WooCommerce site. https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/recaptcha-woo/

Also, you can install a security plugin like Wordfence https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wordfence/
