• The inability to get Gutenberg to stop adding <p> tags wrapped around every single block, even in the “code editor” version of Gutenberg, is a non-starter. We have a lot of custom embedded elements (dashboards, videos, images, etc) and expandable HTML tables (a div opened by a button) that this completely breaks.

A code editor needs to be an ACTUAL code editor. Not a “sorta code inside our WYSIWYG frame”.

On the plus side, it’s a lot easier to use for a lot of my writers, so that feedback has been positive. But cannot and will not be using it until the content block issue is fixed.

First, thanks for taking time to leave a review. What do you feel makes it easier for your writers to add content?
