Hi there ??

In the midst of finishing up a woocommerce site and debugging some and I run in to issuses with the Woopayments overviev and transactions pages. And also sometimes settings page.
I get black popups saything things like
“Error retrieving transactions”
“eeror retriveing disputes”
And son on
Site almost always fails and loads some of it to only end up in a blank screen…
I can see there is alot of 503 errors in chromes console tab and also javascripts issues I suspect is because of those 503 error

I recently upgraded my hosting so now my server resouces looks like this
3 cpu cores
1.5Gb Ram
30 Php-threads
So I dont think server resources should be a problem
I have triede setting PHP_MEMORY_LIMIT and PHP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT to all from low to high
I have tried with php 7.4, 8.1 and 8.2 but no changes accordingly and now reverted back to 7.4

I have tried deavtivating all plugins except Woocommerce and Woopayments and issue still persists

I also get some PHP Deprecated: Hook woocommerce_rest_api_option_permissions is deprecated since version 6.3.0 with no alternative available. in /var/www/dajlig.dk/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6031

errors in the log but I think they have been there always but I have search all files for woocommerce_rest_api_option_permissions and doesn’t seem to be called from anywhere

I have disabled Order Attribution since I found another thread discussion this.

All plugins are updated to newest version

I can see there is alot of 503 errors in chromes console

503 errors typically indicate that the server is unable to handle some requests, which can be due to the server being overloaded.

I would recommend reaching out to your host and sharing the 503 error issues you’re experiencing. They might be able to provide more insights or help you resolve these issues.

I also get some PHP Deprecated

These are warnings that a specific function used in the plugin or theme has been deprecated. It’s not an error, and it doesn’t stop the script from running. However, it’s good practice to keep your plugins and themes updated to prevent these notices.

Are you getting any fatal error logs under WooCommerce > Status Logs? If you do, please share those with us.

No I’m not getting any fatal errors, and the site seems pretty okay and fine. It is only woopayments analytics pages “overview”, “transactions” and so on that fails
But 3 cpu cores, 2gb ram and 30 php-threads? shouldn’t that be sufficient and more to run a woocommer site?
As I said Reverted to storefront, deactivated All plugins except woocommerce and woopayments and problem persists

From what I gather, the issue at hand are the 503, and JavaScript, errors found via the browser’s console, while completing the development of the site at https://dajlig.dk. Correct?

I went ahead with visiting it, and was not able to identify any issues reported either in the console, or the network tab, in the browser’s tools.

This is odd. I understand the site’s front end functions as expected, but screens like Overview, and Transactions appear like a blank screen. Am I getting this?

Could you please provide us with full-screen screenshots of those screens?

To clarify, was this always the case, or otherwise?

Moreover, did you already have a chance to test with a different browser and see how it goes, or otherwise?

Yes exactly Overview, Transactions, Disputes and the likes are the ones affected…
It is the same in Edge Browser…

Sometimes the load almost, but almost 100% of the time you see them loading and like seeing some of the content for a sec and then they revert to blank screen, see svreenshots

If it always has been like this I actually dont know, but I have an earlier version on the site on localhost, and there is it the same

And have several times deactivated everything and default theme and storefront theme and it still loads with errors
