Lots of bugs & support is awful

  • This plugin is awful. Support updated it 3 times and never fixed the issue I was having. It had a lot of bugs in it. I had to use it without some of the functionality because I wasted so much time with bugs and support, I did not have time to try another plugin. Now that the event is over, I most likely can’t get a refund, since it has been a while since I purchansed it. I will never buy a plugin from this company again. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a WordPress plugin. It deserves zero stars.

    We are very sorry for your issues with Pro version, We have searched all our support system and did not find any communication or email from you. we still wants to send you refund if our pro version plugin does not work. please submit ticket to pro support ticket area with your order number then immediately we will issue refund, as this is not related with Pro version hope you will reconsider this review from free version plugin. thanks
