• I’m having lots of cancelled orders from PayPal Express. Around 65% of orders are cancelled.
    PayPal Express is my only Payment gateway and I thought that it is because of that. But I want to be sure that there isn’t any errors from my side and all the cancelled orders are for people who doesn’t have PayPal or Credit Cards.

    How can I checked that these cancelled orders are not because of my website?
    Yesterday I got email “PayPal Express Checkout Error Notification” but all the Error codes are blank.

    Do you have logging enabled within the plugin settings? We would need to get a look at the log file to try and figure out what could be going on here.

    I checked and it has not enabled. I turned it on now.
    I also deactivated and deleted all the other PayPal plugins that I did not used.

    If you would like to submit a ticket here and provide temporary login credentials to your site we can jump in and review your settings to make sure things are appropriate. Then if you continue to have problems we can take a look at the log at that point.

    Thanks, we have received your ticket and replied. Just to let you know the issue was that you were using an older version of plugin 1.4.1 which I have updated to the latest version and then made a test order and everything seems to be working fine. Please check and let us know if you have any questions/concerns on this.
