lots of comments which are spam

I am recieving lots of useless posts which are nothing to do with my website. they keep asking me to visit there website. over the past week they have increased. says something about Backtracks., I thought they was comming through my Contact me form but I deleted that and it made no difference.

Could anyone help please.
