Lots of errors

Everything was working fine until the latest plugin update. Then I started noticing that whenever I pasted a code snippet into the chatbot and asked for help, it wouldn’t show up chat window. And then the response was weird since I was asking it to analyze code, but there was no code sent to OpenAI.

Then, after the release of -4o, I updated my settings to use that version in my chatbot. Once again, I tried pasting a question about some javascript code, and the whole thing crashed. On the backend, I received this error:

Sorry, an error occured! Don’t worry, I will fix this, so simply let me know about it.

Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘type’)

After that happened, when logged into my website and visiting the link where the chatbot is supposed to be present, it’s just blank. Like it’s not even on the page. However, when visiting that same link in a private browser, the chatbot IS present. Except you can’t use it. If I type in anything at all, not even code, it gives me the “OpenAI: Bad request” error.

I understand the troubleshooting technique is to disable all themes and plugins and gradually add them back in one by one, but it was literally working yesterday. And yes, all my themes and plugins are up to date.
