Lots of errors

For the past couple of weeks I have been receiving tons of errors. The errors rotate between “Internal Server Error: The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.” and Page 404 Not Found errors. I can refresh 2-6 times and eventually the page will come up fine.
It’s taken me a couple of weeks to finally figure this out, but I have narrowed it down to this plugin. When I have this plugin installed on my site, the issues pop up almost instantly and get so bad that you can’t do anything on the site. Once I uninstall and delete the plugin, everything works fine and I have no issues.
Any ideas on what could be causing this? We’ve really enjoyed the plugin up to this point.
