Lots of false broken links

I have been using this plugin for quite awhile without issue. I usually keep it deactivated, only turning it on to run a report. I also use a plugin called Enable Media Replace that allows me to update an image file and all it’s associated links. I recently ran the BLC report, and I found more than 100 broken links, all image files that had been replaced. The links that BLC says are broken don’t exist on the posts. I’ve cleared all the caches several times, but the BLC isn’t rechecking the files properly according to my hosting support team. I haven’t had this problem before, only in the last several days. How can I get the BLC to recheck and see that those files do’t exist?
