Lots of false positives for non-spam comments

    I’ve loved using your plug-in, but recently almost 30% of all legitimate comments from readers who have made comments before have had their comments marked as spam. This requires me to go into our comments queue and send them to pending before finally approving them.

    Any reason for this? Is there any way to set up an option in settings where if a user has commented before to always allow?

    Could you please let me know your website URL (you can send it privately to shagimuratov at cleantalk dot org)? We will check our logs to resolve this issue.

    I am sorry, right now plugin doesn’t have option to skip processing users with approved comments before.
