I understand that lately you have been receiving incomplete orders with pending payments.

Just so we have some more info to work with here, could you please send us a copy of your site’s system status report? You can find it under WooCommerce > Status in the dashboard. Click “Get system report” and then the “Copy for support” button. Once you’ve done that, paste it into your reply.

Along with your site’s system status also share the following:

• Order notes: take a screenshot of the order notes on one of the incomplete orders
• Stripe logs: make sure you enabled Stripe logging in WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe, then copy logs for it from WooCommerce > Status > Logs (choose stripe from the drop-down) to your reply here. Please don’t forget to remove any sensitive information from the logs (phone numbers, email addresses, etc).

Just making sure only the order emails are affected by the problem and not other parts of your site like your contact page. ??

I checked your system status report and you have many active plugins, this in particular caught my attention WooCommerce - Autocomplete Orders: by Serious Plugins – 1.1.4.

This could be just a plugin/theme conflict.

The best way to determine this is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Stripe
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

I understand that lately you have been receiving orders with no emails sent out. That’s why my recommendation on the Email FAQ. It this correct or otherwise?

Furthermore, if the case is that incomplete orders appear only. I suggested looking into the Why are there many incomplete payments on my dashboard? section of the documentation, as it explains things further, regarding payment_intent.
