Lots of Issues in Chrome’s Progressive Web App Checklist

Just to help you properly understand the issue, I have left this plugin active on one of my client’s site.

If the link is not allowed, please remove it.

I installed this plugin and it was super easy to configure. I got everything checked in the plugin’s status box.

Then I flushed the cache, both nginx and cache enabler and then opened Chrome Incognito.

Opened the chrome’s developer tools and when I tried to perform “Site Audit”, I got the following issues under PWA Checklist:

User will not be prompted to Install the Web App
Failures: No manifest was fetched, Service worker does not successfully serve the manifest’s start_url, No usable web app manifest found on page.

Is not configured for a custom splash screen
Failures: No manifest was fetched.

Address bar does not match brand colors
Failures: No manifest was fetched.
The browser address bar can be themed to match your site. Learn more.

Please help me fix these issues.
